CONTEST TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. CONTEST PERIOD

This contest (the “Contest”) is organized by Al-Ikhsan Sports Sdn Bhd (the “Organizer”) . Each Contest Day during the Contest Period shall begin at 12:00am and end at 11:59:59pm (Malaysian time).

2. ELIGIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE

2.1. This Contest is open to all eligible customers aged 18 years and above.
2.2. Permanent and temporary staff of the Organizer, and their immediate family members, including but not limited to the Organizer’s related companies, subsidiaries, and shareholders, are not eligible to participate.
2.3. Customers must spend a minimum of RM[Amount] in a single receipt at participating Al-Ikhsan Sports outlets (Al-Ikhsan Sports, Al-Ikhsan Sports Warehouse, Football Republic) or via the Organizer’s official website (www.al-ikhsan.com) within the Contest Period to be eligible.
2.4. Customers must register to participate in the Contest:
  2.4.1. Registration can be completed in-store with assistance from staff. Staff will not be held responsible for any inaccuracies in the submitted customer information.
  2.4.2. Alternatively, participants may register online at (www.al-ikhsan.com)
  2.4.3. Accurate mobile number, full name, and email address must be provided during registration to ensure eligibility.

3. CONTEST MECHANISM

3.1. Each valid purchase meeting the minimum spend requirement entitles the customer to one (1) contest entry.
3.2. Entries are unlimited – the more you shop, the more entries you earn.
3.3. Purchases must be made at participating outlets or through www.al-ikhsan.com only.
3.4. A valid contest entry requires:
  - A clear image of the original purchase receipt
  - Completion of the contest registration form, including a simple question (if applicable)
  - Submission of accurate customer details matching their registered membership
3.5. Any incomplete, unreadable, duplicated, or illegible receipts will be rejected.
3.6. Corporate or bulk purchases are not eligible. The Organizer reserves the right to determine the classification of such purchases.

4. WINNER SELECTION

4.1. Winners will be notified by the Organizer via their registered contact details (phone/email). Valid identification must be presented for prize collection. Winners MUST respond within 48 hours from the announcement date.
4.2. Winners agree to participate in promotional/publicity activities organized by the Organizer.
4.3. All decisions by the Organizer regarding winner selection are final. Appeals or disputes will not be entertained.

5. PRIZES

5.1. Prizes are as announced by the Organizer via online platforms.
5.2. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. Any gap in value will not be replaced.
5.3. The Organizer reserves the right to replace any prize with an equivalent item without prior notice.
5.4. Winners must collect prizes at the specified time and location. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited, and the Organizer may select alternate winners at its discretion.
5.5. All prizes will be distributed at the end of the campaign after winner verification is completed.

6. GENERAL TERMS

6.1. Participation in the Contest implies agreement to these Terms & Conditions, including any updates made by the Organizer.
6.2. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants for any breach of rules or misconduct.
6.3. By entering, participants consent to the Organizer’s Privacy Policy and the use of personal data for marketing or winner announcement purposes.
6.4. Participants authorize the Organizer to use their name, image, or submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
6.5. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Contest without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
6.6. The Organizer shall not be liable for any delays, errors, or disruptions in the entry process due to system or network failures.
6.7. All risks associated with prize redemption or use are the sole responsibility of the winners.
6.8. Any images, brand marks, or product representations used in promotional materials are for illustration purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners.
6.9. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
