Return, Exchange & Refund Policy (Online Purchase)

Please read our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.


1. Scope

  • This policy applies to all Products purchased through our official online store at www.al-ikhsan.com. Unless expressly stated otherwise, this policy governs all returns, exchanges, and refunds for online purchases from Al-Ikhsan Sports.

2. Definitions

  • “Product” refers to any item purchased from the Al-Ikhsan Sports official online store.
  • “Original Condition” means the Product is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags, labels, packaging, accessories, and promotional items (if any), in a resalable condition.
  • “Return Period” refers to the timeframe within which a customer may submit a return or exchange request, subject to eligibility under this policy.

3. Return & Exchange Period

  • Customers may submit a return or exchange request within 7 days from the date the item is received.
  • Clear photos of the Product must be provided when submitting the request.
  • The Product must meet the Original Condition criteria.
  • This policy applies to Peninsular Malaysia only.
  • For East Malaysia, only returns and refunds for defective or incorrect items are permitted. Exchanges are not available.

4. Refund Eligibility (Strictly Limited)

Refunds are STRICTLY limited to the following cases only:

  • Defective item received
  • Incorrect item received

Refunds will NOT be provided for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size selected by customer
  • Colour preference
  • Design or style preference
  • Price changes or promotions
  • Delays caused by courier

5. Return of Goods

  • Refunds or exchanges will only be processed after the Product has been returned to our outlet or warehouse and has passed inspection.
  • Returned Products must meet the Original Condition requirements.

6. Proof of Purchase

  • Customers must provide the original receipt or order confirmation.
  • If unavailable, customers may contact Customer Service to request a copy.

7. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed ONE (1) TIME ONLY.
  • Exchanges can be made for:
    • An item of the same value, or
    • A higher-value item (customer must top up the price difference).
    • No cash refund or credit will be given for lower-value items.
  • Exchange value is based on the current selling price at the time of exchange, not the original purchase price.
  • All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

8. Defective Items

  • Customers must provide clear photos and a brief description of the defect.
  • We may offer:
    • A replacement of the same Product, or
    • A refund if the Product is unavailable.

9. Refund Method & Processing Time

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or another approved method.
  • Cash refunds at outlets are not available.
  • Once the returned Product has passed inspection, refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
  • A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is initiated.

10. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are NOT eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Undergarments / innerwear
  • Swimwear
  • Bodywear
  • Facemasks
  • Socks

Al-Ikhsan Sports reserves the right to reject any return if the Product appears worn, used, or does not meet the resalable condition requirements.

11. Postage Costs

  • Postage fees are non-refundable, except in the following cases:
    • Defective item
    • Incorrect item received
    • Wrong size sent by Al-Ikhsan
    • Item out of stock
  • Postage reimbursement is subject to approval and review.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • Al-Ikhsan Sports shall not be liable for indirect losses, damages, or inconvenience arising from the use or inability to use the Product.
  • Al-Ikhsan Sports reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
  • This policy does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorised repairs or alterations.
