Answer: The validity period is within the same month of purchase only.

Answer: You can obtain an e-invoice at every point of your purchase.

 

6. Question: I have bought at Store A, can I get an e-invoice at Store C?

Answer: Sorry, it's not possible. E-Invoice can only be claimed at the store where you made the purchase with the same month.

 

7. Question: Will I get an e-invoice after making a purchase?

Answer: Yes, after making a purchase, you can  request the counter worker to issue an e-invoice.

 

8. Question: Where do I need to get a QR to scan?

Answer: The QR code can be found on your e-invoice receipt that the employee issues.

 

9. Question: What do I need to prepare to get an e-invoice?

Answer: You just need to bring a copy of the receipt and IC to make an e-invoice request.

11. Question: I forgot to ask the e-invoice during my purchase, can I get it now?

Answer: Yes, e-Invoice can only be claimed at the store where you made the purchase with the same month.
