For product-related issues, service feedback, or customer complaints (e.g., warranty, returns, quality, store experience), please use our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) channels. Such matters will not be processed under the Whistleblowing Channel.



What is Whistleblowing?

Whistleblowing refers to the act of disclosing information on wrongdoing or misconduct that is of public interest and affects the integrity, reputation, or operation of the Company.

Reports made through this channel will be handled with the highest level of confidentiality, and whistleblowers will be protected from any form of retaliation in line with the Company’s Whistleblower Policy.



How to Report (Whistleblowing Channel)

You may lodge a report via the following secure channels:

Secure Drop Box: Placed at a suitable and easily accessible location to ensure confidentiality and convenience for whistleblowers.

Hardcopy Submission: In a sealed envelope marked “Confidential” and “To be opened by the Chairman / Member of ARC”, delivered to the appropriate designated address.




Assurance of Confidentiality
  • All reports will be received and reviewed by the Company’s appointed Whistleblower Committee.
  • The identity of the whistleblower will be kept strictly confidential unless disclosure is required by law.
  • Reports will be acknowledged and investigated following the Company’s Whistleblower SOP.
