TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fantasy Football World mobile and web application (the "App"), provided by Sports Capital International ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password confidential.
• Provide accurate, current information when registering and keep it up to date.
• One person, one account. Sharing or selling accounts is not permitted.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use any unauthorised software, bot, or script to interact with the App.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• Harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm other users.
• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or infringes the rights of others.
• Use the App to send unsolicited communications, advertising, or spam.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App, its servers, or networks.
  

4. Game content and rules

Fantasy Football World is a skill-based fantasy sports game. We may change game rules, scoring, transfer windows, chip mechanics, and other game systems at any time at our discretion. Player data, fixtures, and statistics are sourced from third-party providers and may not always be perfectly accurate or up-to-date.

5. Virtual items and "free to play"

The App is free to download and play. We do not currently oƯ er in-app purchases. If we introduce them in the future, you will be notified before purchase, and any virtual items granted are licensed (not sold) to you, have no monetary value, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

6. Winner Selection & Announcement

This Promotion is a game of skill, and winners will be determined based on the highest points accumulated throughout the competition period.

6.1 Matchday Winners

Matchday winners will be selected at the end of each competition stage. Winners will be announced on Al-Ikhsan Sports' official social media platforms. 

6.2 Grand Prize Winners

Grand Prize winners will be determined at the end of the Fantasy Football World season based on the highest cumulative points achieved. In the case of a joint point total, the final winner will be decided in accordance with the tie-breaking procedures highlighted in the contest rules.

Winners will be announced on Al-Ikhsan Sports' official social media platforms.

6.3 Winner Data & Notification

Winners needs to provide full name, Identification number (IC. No), phone number and email. Winners will be notified via the email address and/or phone number registered during participation.

6.4 Claiming of Prizes

Winners must respond to the notification within forty-eight (48) hours from the first contact attempt.

Failure to respond within the stipulated timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternative winner may be selected at the Organizer's discretion.

7. Prizes

• All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, whether in whole or in part.
• The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
• Prizes will only be awarded and distributed upon successful completion of the winner verification process.
• Any costs, expenses, taxes, duties, or charges incurred in connection with the claiming, collection, or use of a prize shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
• The Organizer shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

8. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, code, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Sports Capital International and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms, abuse the App, or expose us to legal risk. You may delete your account at any time from the in app settings.

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including (but not limited to) warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or that any defects will be corrected.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sports Capital International shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed USD 100.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sports Capital International from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available at this URL. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
